If your shipping address is considered a remote location, shipping times may be longer than quoted for major cities.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

timeframes to your destination.

Please note, delivery times may be effected due to unforeseeable force majeure.

European orders placed online prior to 11:30am (CET) will be dispatched the next day. For in-stock items, please allow up to 1-3 working days from when placing your order for the warehouse to pick and pack your items for shipping.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be packed and shipped the following business day.

During busy promotional periods, please allow extra time for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped.

During busy periods orders may take up to 3 days to leave our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday to Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.

Please note: Your order status will be marked as ‘Order Received’ until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Your order status is only changed to ‘Shipped’ after the package is already in transit, when tracking details are uploaded to our system.

All orders are shipped via a third party warehouse based in France. We use the French postal system Colissimo signature or DHL courier services for deliveries to major cities.

Our warehouse ships orders directly from France. Orders shipped to the locations within the European Union have VAT included within the order total at the
checkout. No other taxes or duties will be due.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DAP) unless otherwise specified upon checkout.

Orders shipped to non-European Union countries will have the VAT amount deducted from the order total price at the checkout once a delivery location has been selected. Non-EU countries include: UK, Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia,
Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Macedonia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Orders shipped to non-European Union countries will incur taxes and duties payable by the customer upon delivery. Co-lab 369 has no control over these
charges and we cannot predict their amount. Co-lab 369 does not cover or reimburse any fees charged by a third party.

Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.

Prices quoted on the website are in € EUR. Prices may be currency converted for your country of delivery of goods by the card processor at check out.

Yes, French VAT is included in orders to countries within the European Union.

Until you select your shipping destination at the checkout, our prices will display at the default price, which is inclusive of a VAT rate of 20%. Once you have
selected your shipping destination at the checkout, the rate of VAT applied to the final order total may change, based on the rate of VAT payable on purchases in your country.

Orders shipped to the locations outside of the European Union will be delivered on the Delivery Duties Unpaid (DAP) basis. VAT will not be charged via our website and the customer will be responsible for the payment of any taxes and duties requested by their governing customs authority before / on delivery.
