We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 however.

Keep in mind, however, that we here at Co-Lab 369, (Trading Company name: Beija sarl Registered at the Tribunal de commerce de Paris, France under the RCS number : 503 465 098R.C.S Paris). We provide our services to you subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions. The registered address of Co-Lab 369 / Beija sarl is 24 rue de la Cerisaie, Paris,75004,France please be aware we are unable to receive any packages at this address.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made by and between Co-Lab 369 & Beija sarl, which operates www..colab369.com (“Website”) and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“You”). These Terms govern your use of the Website and products offered on the Website so please read them carefully.
By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be so bound, please discontinue use of the website.
Internet technology and applicable laws, rules and regulations change frequently. Accordingly, Co-Lab 369 reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes consent to any new provisions of this Terms that may be posted on the website.

Product Transactions on the Website TERMS & CONDITIONS
Products may only be purchased by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. All purchases must have been issued with either a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to PayPal/Shopify Paiements or a valid PayPal account. The individual’s application to open an account must be acceptable to Co-Lab 369. All purchasers must agree to authorize Stripe/woocommerce or PayPal (on behalf of Co-Lab 369) to process the charge or charges on his/her credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorize Shopify Paiements or PayPal (on behalf of Co-Lab 369) to process the charge or charges on his/her credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
Furthermore, you agree that Shopify Paiements and/or PayPal (on behalf of Co-Lab 369) may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit card reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely online by Shopify Paiements and/or PayPal (on behalf of Co-Lab 369). If you are shopping from outside the European Union or France, when you place your order your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

Pricing Policy
Prices displayed on Website are in Euros (€ EUR). We collect VAT for sales for all sales to all countries within the European Union and France. VAT will be reflected on your invoice and at the checkout. Otherwise, we do not charge sales tax on our pricing. Orders sent to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed by the customs authority of delivery of purchased goods, is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you
would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. Please check our Returns Policy and Shipping and Tax pages for further details.

Cancellation of Orders by Us
At Co-Lab 369 France , we do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will re-credit your account as soon as reasonably possible. Co-Lab 369 does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Cancellation by You
Co-Lab 369 aims to ship any orders received the same or next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing time (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you contact us and the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, if the order has not been shipped, Co-Lab 369 will happily cancel the order and refund you.

Insurance and Delivery
Realisation Par insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. The courier may require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Réalisation and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Not all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Co-Lab 369 cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Co-Lab 369 is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All our orders are shipped via a third party warehouse located in France. Co-Lab 369 mainly uses, Colissimo and DHL for all deliveries to shipping destinations. Carriers are subject to change and availability.

Returns
Purchasers must request a return within 14 days of receiving our order, we request that you contact us within 48hrs of receipt of your item by filling in our Return form so that we can advise you of the process for returning your article. The item(s) must be returned in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or that smell of perfume. The item/s
must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made. Please check our Returns Policy page for full details.
Please do not return any items before requesting a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number. Co-Lab 369 cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not respect the conditions and terms of our procedures.
We can only accept returned items if you use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned, therefore without proof of returned delivery we would be unable to process any refund. This is the responsability of the customer within these conditions & terms.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail
address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid
and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Co-Lab 369 terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Co-Lab 369, whose applications are acceptable to Co-lab 369 and who have authorised Co-Lab 369 to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, Co-Lab 369 reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise Shopify Paiements/Paypal to perform credit checks to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/
debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. 

Returns

If your return request has been authorised we will contact you via email and supply you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number, the return address details and a Returns Form, which should be included inside your return package.
Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any return packages. Our office is closed over the weekend so if you submit an online return request on the weekend we will reply on Monday.
We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Following our receipt of an authorised return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
If you request an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. These time estimates may increase during peak periods.
The shipping cost of returning items to the Co-lab369 warehouse for a refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.

Users should feel free to use this Website as a shopping resource, but any other use of the Website, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this Website is strictly prohibited. In addition, the software used on this Website is the property of Beija sarl / Co-Lab 369 or its software suppliers and is protected under French and International copyright laws.

Trademarks
“Co-Lab 369” is a registered trademark of Beija sarl and Co-Lab 369 graphics, logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of Beija sarl / Co-Lab 369. These trademarks may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages, or discredits, or dilutes Beija sarl/Co-Lab 369, its trademarks or goodwill. Any other trademarks not owned by Beija sarl / Co-Lab 369 that appear on this Website are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any of these trademarks, trade dress, or trade names without express permission.
Ownership and Use
Beija sarl / Co-Lab 369 will retain ownership of its intellectual property rights and you may not obtain any rights therein by virtue of these Terms or otherwise, except as set forth in this Terms.

Co-Lab 369 does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or Co-Lab 369’s Content will be error free or that this Site, Co-Lab 369’s Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking

NO COMMERCIAL USE
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TOS where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

OUR RELATIONSHIP
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and as a result of the TOS or your use of this site.
You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Co-Lab 369, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

NO WAIVER

Representations and Warranties

By Each Party
Each party represents and warrants to the other party: (i) that it has the full power and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under these Terms, (ii) the assent to and performance by it of its obligations under these Terms do not constitute a breach of or conflict with any other agreement or arrangement by which it is bound, or any applicable laws, regulations or rules, and (iii) these Terms constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of the parties assenting to these Terms, enforceable in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You represent and warrant to Co-Lab 369/ Beija sarl that (i) You will not infringe the patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other intellectual or proprietary right of Co-Lab 369/ Beija sarl in your use of Website, and (ii) You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your use of the Website, including these Terms, (iii) You will not make any speculative or fraudulent orders.

Indemnification
